Sea Isle City, NJ is a vacation paradise and its slogan says it all- “Smile! You’re in Sea Isle!” From the top of the bridge heading into Sea Isle City you can see the glistening ocean, welcoming you into town.

This small, friendly seashore community is located in the southern tip of NJ in Cape May County. Sea Isle is well known for its 5 miles of beautiful and clean beaches and its mile and a half long, beachfront promenade, which runs from 29^thto 58^thStreets, which is ideal for biking, jogging, and in-line skating.

One of the nicest things about Sea Isle City, is that no matter where you are on the island you are never too far from the bay or the ocean, at the widest point Sea Isle is only about 5 blocks wide. So whether you want to head down to the ocean for swimming and sunbathing or want to go the bay for boating, fishing or crabbing you are in a great location!

Sea Isle City offers many options for waterfront living.

If you love the waves, sand, surf fishing, walking on the beach and sunrises then beachfront living is for you.

If you prefer sunsets, boating, jet skiing, fishing, crabbing, bird watching or would like a boatslip opt for bayfront or wetland front homes.

All areas offer a variety of homes, from smaller condos to larger single family homes. Not only is there a variety of homes, but there is also a wide price range. There is something for everyone!
